WOODROSE
SCHOOL believes that parents are the primary educators of their
children. It is in the family that a person acquires the basic traits
and habits that will influence her for life. It is in the home that
a child acquires a desire for learning and of serving others.
Woodrose School believes that the school is meant
to support the parents in educating their children. As the child's
first bigger society outside the family, the school is a venue for
forming relationships with her peer's and with persons of various
age groups and backgrounds. It is also where the child finds the
opportunity to take on responsibilities that will actualize her
potentials. That is why Woodrose School believes in giving the students
an integral education, which addresses all the aspects of the human
person -physical, social, intellectual, moral and spiritual.
Woodrose School believes that collaboration between
the school and the home will ensure the student's development as
a whole person. The parents and the school are partners, with the
same goal of enabling the student to develop fully and positively
her potentials.
